Silverboom Sauvignon Blanc has a tempting clear golden colour. It is a crisp and fruit driven wine with flavours of gooseberry, green apples, and citrus. A well-structured Sauvignon Blanc with slightly mineral scents and a nice lingering aftertaste.

Winemaking
From grape to bottle
Passionate winemakers carefully select the grapes for Silverboom Sauvignon Blanc on selected lots within the Western Cape region in South Africa where the Mediterranean climate allows grapes to ripen fully under dry framed conditions. To ensure freshness and pleasing acidity the grapes are harvested during cool early mornings and controlled fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks.
